9kbd Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 or older to use 9kbd's services. This platform is strictly not intended for minors. By declaring your age at registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

9kbd may request age verification at any time. You can verify your age using any one of the following: a National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2 Account Registration & Management

Providing accurate and up-to-date information at registration is mandatory. If your details change, update your profile promptly. 9kbd is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

Each person may hold only one account. Two different individuals from the same household may maintain separate accounts, provided they use different mobile numbers and payment methods. Operating multiple accounts from the same device may trigger an investigation.

• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be subject to a maintenance fee.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Right to Amend

9kbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation. Any legitimate balance is generally refunded, provided it was not obtained through fraudulent activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, it is advisable to withdraw any remaining valid balance beforehand.

9kbd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
